Wonderful jewelry shop with customizable pieces. Making an appointment online was easy and I came in with my sister to get my ring size / look at some pieces, as I want to make sure my boyfriend knows what I like! Courtney was fabulous and made the experience enjoyable. There was no pressure to purchase and she was extremely knowledgeable about gems and the different options there are. It was an amazing experience. The Charles Koll Jewelry Works store has a great selection, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I used their repair service and asked many questions about my jewelry, and they gave me detailed explanations about the repair process. Everything was fixed, and my jewelry was cleaned and looks great.
