I've had 3 custom made pieces of jewelry done at Charles Koll over the years. They are meticulous, professional, and their service is impeccable. They also have the most beautiful and unique designs that I've seen at any jeweler. Claire, in particular, was so helpful in designing the perfect ruby earrings for my birthday.

I cannot recommend Charles Koll enough! We worked with Lacey to design my engagement ring, and in just 1 appointment she was able to read my mind on what I liked better than I even could! She was attentive, understanding of my likes/dislikes, and helped guide me to the perfect choice. I left the appointment with so much trust in her vision for me! Just stopped in to look at potential engagement rings and had a wonderful experience with Courtney! Not only was she incredibly informative and helpful, but she really answered all of our questions!
