I went in to repair my wife's engagement ring and the process was wonderful. I was talked through what was needed step by step, the pricing was outlined thoroughly, and the ring was fixed quickly! It looks brand new! Shoutout to Tracey for helping me provide some key points to my insurance which helped me to get the entire repair covered.

My fiancé and I could not be happier with her beautiful engagement ring. She worked with Richard last year on turning some family jewelry into pieces she was more likely to wear and was beyond happy with Charles Koll. So when it came time for the ring, they were the obvious choice - even though we now live out of the country. Lacey and Richard worked with us across difficult time zones and on a tight timeline. The ring is exactly what we wanted, high quality, and built to last.

Malcolm is really good at what he does. He takes his business seriously and his work is unmatched. He is there all the time to supervise everything. Our jewelry came out super clean and its even cleaner imo that big brand names! He was very nice and patient throughout the whole process and his attention to detail is phenomenal. I highly recommend him.

My family and I have been coming to Charles Koll for years. Claire has been amazing since day one. She helped create a stunning ring for me with my Moms diamond and designed a one of a kind ring with all of the aspects of the settings that I loved. Claire has since designed a ring for my daughter and also updated my engagement ring to a necklace that I wear daily. They are unsurpassed in quality and service. I would recommend Claire to anyone.
