Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
