He was very knowledgeable and explained the options very well.
I'm very upset that because I was 5 minutes late, my appointment was canceled. I drove from over an hour away on terribly icy roads. My appointment was pushed back but I feel more leeway must be given to patients. That is not acceptable.
Dr. Hansen is very professional with a kind personal practice. He takes to time to listen to questions and concerns also discusses options, treatments. Treats you like a person and talks to you so one can understand the information needed to be relayed. He did a great job with my surgery and would trust him again if needed.
