My husband and I bought a home from Davignon Realty recently and were shocked by the agent's lack of professional manner or care for the customer. The home we bought had an attic and basement full of unhealthy refuse which we have already invested over 7 hours to clean and remove. Our contract was based on "broom clean" and he defended this irresponsibility as saying "broom clean is all furniture removed."
