I am a patient that is terrified of the dentist, and the Dr. made me feel so at ease and comfortable, I had to use gas in order to complete the appointment and they in know way made me feel bad about that or gave me a hard time, it was such a good experience, I am glad we switched, I have had two doctors treat me and I look forward to my next visit, and who says that really lol!!!!
It was a positive first experience. Everyone, including Dr Charles, were very nice. Having the crown machine in office is a big plus.

I have known the dentists for many years but yesterday had an exceptionally great appointment. My special needs daughter was very worried about having work done and Dr. Salvatierra kept her laughing the whole time and before she knew it the appointment was over. I appreciate the special attention and loving care they give me and my children.

Every time I go in for a cleaning I am amazed to see new cutting edge technology in the office. Mary, my hygienist, started this time with the digital x-rays so no changing film after every shot. Then she had what looked like a pen light, which was actually a camera, so she took pictures of every possible angle of my teeth to show me just exactly how I am doing at brushing and flossing... mostly good but there are some areas I am far more aware of now that I actually see what I am and am not doing correctly. Very pleasant and professional staff. They have treated my daughter and I very well.
My temporary bridge broke after 2 weeks so I called soon after the office opened int he morning, was told my permanent bridge was ready and they could take care of me later that morning. I call that extraordinary service and caring!
