I am thw mother of Cailyn. We always have a great experience! The only suggestion I have is when we first got there, the gal in the front proceeded to have a very lengthy personal conversation with the gal in front of me. Asking her several questions about her kids and such. Now, being polite and engaging in a friendly conversation is wonderful to do especially in the medical field but not for an extended period of time in my opinion especially when someone is waiting.
