I recently had an appt. with the Charles Dental Group. My experience, again, was high quality, friendly and they made me very comfortable. The hygienist was delightful. I always look forward to my next appointment.

Great work and atmosphere. Dr. Hersh was very nice and did a great job. I thought it could have been less expensive since it was a replacement, not a new crown. All of the prep work was done. My new insurance is not the best and it was pretty expensive.

I was in need of emergency assistance and you worked me in and took care of my problem even though you didn't have an opening for an appointment. Great experience with Cynthia cleaning my teeth. She is so easy to talk to & makes you feel so comfortable. She also let me know that I needed to ask my doctor if I needed an antibiotic to take, because I had surgery on my shoulder 3 months ago. I was glad that she informed me, because I was not aware of that.
