I have been to Dr. Hubbard two times for different podiatry issues. I find him to be knowledgeable, professional, very comprehensive, and kind to me as a patient. He is methodical and I have been very satisfied with his diagnosis and medical recommendations. His entire staff was great.
This is the worst doctor I’ve ever been to in terms of efficiency and patient care. Everyone was nice and apologetic for the wait but it’s ridiculous. I waited 2 hours past my appointment time all for a 5 minute X-ray and 3 minutes with Dr. Hubbard. To top it off, I forgot to get a doctors note for work and have called the receptionist, medical assistant and he’ll line 7 different times and left 2 messages, across several different days and times to get help and not once have I reached a response. Dr Hubbard was nice enough I guess, he ordered a MRI, my insurance denied stating it was not necessary. So I called his office to find out what could be done and was told someone would call me. No one did, do I called back a couple of days later and talked to Andrea and was told someone should have called back and she would talk to Dr Hubbard and call me back by 4:30 that afternoon and she never did.
