I got a water heater put in and they did an amazing job. Also, before my Dad passed away he said if you ever have any furnace issues the only people I want you to call is Charles Heating and Cooling. My water heater is still working really well and I am very happy I went with them & it was reasonably priced. They were not the cheapest option available but they did an amazing job & I do not regret the $1,495 that I spent.
Charles Heating and Cooling are hands down one of the best companies we have hired. They put in a new air conditioning unit for us. They were kind and so hard working. After the summer, our furnace wasn't working and it was cold outside. We called them Monday morning and they came out an hour later. They had to replace one part. Charles didn't even charge us. He said it was such a simple fix!! We will always recommend this company for their appreciation towards their customers!! Very impressed.
