I had a hot water heater installed today by Gerald and was very happy with his work he was polite and answered all my questions . He was neat and cleaned up after the job was done . I would recomend this company to anyone who is looking for a fair price and good work

Brian Coop cleaned my ductwork on 9-26-22. A nice guy that was here for around 6 hours. He stayed busy and did a good job cleaning up, answered my questions, etc. Good job Brian, thank you. Jim M

John and Dan installed my new AC system on 7/8/2021. They arrived within the expected time frame, and were here for slightly more than an hour. They explained how to operate the new system (which was actually the same as the old system, as I had a relatively new thermostat.) They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. And most importantly, they paid attention to my dog!!!! I am very pleased with Charles overall, and with the service John and Dan provided! I highly recommend Charles!

Go to literally any other plumber in the Syracuse area. The man who came into our house did not even say hello just kind of walked in. No break down or explanation of cost of what was happening with our leaky faucet, no discussion to see if we wanted to go forward with the fix and then just a bill for $290 for a leaky faucet. THEN to make matter worse, I paid $120 in cash for the service and was still charged the $290. What kind of company is this? One I’ll never be using again and advising everyone I know against!

ANTHONY removed old Bradford White 50 gal gas water heater and replaced with a new one. ANTHONY was very professional. His expertise showed in the difficult installation. Charles Plumbing has a valuable employee as ANTHONY.

I meant to write this review sooner. I have been a customer of Charles Heating and have been very pleased with their service techs maintaining my heating and air conditioning systems. I recently had technician Rudolph Bazic look at my heating system for routine maintenance. He was prompt and covered his shoes. He was very friendly and quickly checked everything out. He offered to check my thermostat and replace any batteries. After checking he noted it did not require batteries. I had never thought about it needing batteri... read more

Service guy Louis came in Got our furnace running It was 30 years old We decided to go with a new furnace and AC unit Jeremy and Steven And the next day Correct parts Removed old furnace New furnace in 3 hours Was running great Very happy work And cleaned up after Themselves

Jayson came and serviced my furnace yesterday. I love Charles Heating and Air. Everyone is so pleasant and easy to work with. When Jayson services my furnace he always gives me an update on how it is functioning. I highly recommend Charles for all your heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs. I have the membership and find the savings are really good too.
