We had a wonderful experience. We brought our knives to be sharpened. They were all done the following day. Very knowledgeable sales force.
We sent several schmidt blades back to be sharpened after we had used them. I'm pretty sure they just put them in a new box and sent them back without actually sharpening them. Took alot longer than they said it would and the blades are unusable. We won't be doing business with them again.
