I went to bundle my car and house insurance, felt awfully disrespected. Instead of greeting me I was asked if I was there clean up. No ma'am I went to college to get a higher education and do social work.
Ross and Susan are exceptional people both personally and professionally. Our families have done business since his dad would go door to door to visit Granny and take her a little sewing kit. She always looked forward to his visits and you still get that same type of personal service. Sounds cheesy but it's true.
