It was an amazing experience not to get all the dumb questions asked just straight forward ...and the friendly service they treat you with the respect you deserve been in business since 1973 so that right there caught my attention... I will always recommend Charles Furniture Co.....
I would not recommend this store. I was on “their” website for 2 hours plus. I picked out the items that I desired to purchase. I began phoning the establishment at 8:52a till 10:09a. When I finally got an answer I inquired on the items with the item numbers-they didn’t even ATTEMPT to take the item numbers. I was placed on hold with LOUD BUZZING NOISES. I held on for TWO MINUTES. Best place ever. They take really low down payments on the furniture and let you pick out your monthly payments! They work with all incomes. Of course the financing may not be something you want but it's awesome because I cant afford to pay 1000 for a bedroom set so I needed the financing. Now Im paying it off. The people are lovely and the furniture is even better. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks Charles.
