This quack does not even deserve 1 star. This quack put work restrictions to only work 4 hours and no lifting more then 5 pounds. No looking up or down or to the sides but this jerk refuses to fill out a paper for insurance I have for my loans. No one can pay their bills or live off of 4 hours a day when I usually work 60-80 hours a week. I would not even take take an animal to this joke. I recommend asking for a different dr. He has horrible bed side manners and doesn’t even listen to you.
Charles "Chucky Boi" Frost is a hack. 💯 I have heard this by multiple people and have experienced it for my self. Do yourself a massive favor and don't go to him!

My husband was injured at work. He was sent to Charles Frost for treatment (if you want to call it that). Mr Frost moved his arm around, told him he 'strained' his shoulder, gave him a prescription for ibuprofen and sent him home. No xrays, no MRI's nothing. Shoulder got worse, he went back and Frost's associate (who is no better than he is) ordered an xray and sent him to physical therapy. NOT ONCE did they do an MRI and they treated his injury blindly.
