I was appalled at the rudeness, abruptness, and generally poor service I received from the jeweler. He was curt, rude, gave poor and unprofessional. In example, when I asked him to size a ring, he through the a giant ring that held many different size rings on it, and told me to find my size. Never having used one, it was a challenge to find the right size. Amazing service done by a true professional! We took a family diamond ring there to be restored and resized he did beautiful work and turned it around quickly. We'll be coming back to Barry for everything!
