Very disappointed. I was told by my Primary that I was getting an appointment to have a steroid injection shot in my lower back to releave the pressure & stop the pains in my legs. Dr Frank informed me he couldn't do it, because he was moving to Davenport and he couldn't perform the shot because he couldnt monitor me after procedure. I feel like it was a wasted appointment, I should NOT of been scheduled for a procedure with this Dr Frank if he couldn't do follow up. I should of been assigned a different Dr to begin with
