I came to tis person from a referral from the Georgia adjudication office (although I already have detailed medical records & multiple records from licensed physical therapists) tis group scheduled me for this time wasting horrible necessary "excursion". I deduced that they have some sort of arrangement betwixt these two facilities🤔 I am suffering from an advanced case of multiple sclerosis. He was my doctor when he worked in Chicago great doctor I remember was going to another doctor I had bronchitis I was seeing another doctor said it just go away . friend suggested I go to Dr Charles Scott he put me in the hospital he knew just what to do he would not give me an antibiotic until he found out what type of bronchitis I had he told me he wanted to find the right antibiotic if not it could make it worse now that's what I call a doctor I have not found a doctor like him since he left Chicago know he's in Atlantic ... read more
