They need Section 8 housing vouchers and Carports – The Briarcliff Point Studios are good for people who just want to live in a small studio-size apartment but if you are looking for something more spacious I suggest you look into a larger apartment complex. The maintenance is not bad but needs more workers during the day, there never seems to be enough help with all the maintence requests.
