with Dr O’Dowd no doubt very responsible, respected, word along with his patient
Doctor O’Dowd is good. Front Desk is TERRIBLE! Forms mailed to them go unfilled for months! Phone calls always go to answering service and messages are never returned. Had to drive to office multiple times to get things done. Will be changing doctor. They are going to make their more desperate, sick patients very angry. God forbid, but someone might decide to show up in person and “teach them a lesson”.

Dr O'Dowd seems to be a good doctor, I was seen by him once, but the front desk assistant, Kelly discriminated against me because of my foreign accent. First she said in a rude way that Dr O'Dowd (while correcting me his name pronunciation rudely) was in a call out because he is sick. Then she kept asking me for my name many times because she wouldn't find me on the system. When she found me she said in a sarcastic manner that she will ask another physician if they could see me. Great Dr. who keeps me healthy. schedules my physicals timely and gets me in same day if I get sick.
