Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Absolutely Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did the staff help you feel comfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely

Dr. Ebner is very child friendly, my 2 girls (3 1/2 & 8) loved their visit. All of the office staff and hygenists have always been very friendly in person and on the phone. I definately recommend this dentist and his entire staff!

Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless; Ebner refused to correct faulty dental work he had done previously. Would not take responsibility for poorly done work until we complained over and over. Then, no apology; second attempt at dental work ALSO poorly done. Arrogant and difficult to deal with. I felt worse when I left.
