Long overdue update! I only left a good review because Chuck Boyk's assistants/paralegals were amazing to me. Chuck himself had no interest in my case as it was given to him by someone who left his firm. My mom and I were in a terrible car accident and he treated me as if I was trying to milk the situation. I advised him that my mom was having very sudden problems walking. He told me that I better take the lowball offer he had gotten or else I would have to wait 3 years to get in court due to covid.
