We've been with Dr. Batayola since he started here in Richland. We went through some very rough times as he guided us through the loss of our daughter by cancer, and my mother by heart related problems until her death. We've had our ups and downs with our health and he's always been there for us. He's the kind of doctor who's pure gold. He honestly cares for his patients and takes the time to get his diagnosis correct the first time. He simply is the best.

Dr. Batayola is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares about his patients needs. And he knows what To do to help me skill as my family doctor. I have been one his patients for 14 + yrs and I have had zero neg[ative experiences with him as my doctor.
