Dr. Batayola is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner, good listening skills, who knows my me and my medical history. However, it is extremely difficult to get ahold of him, such as for Rx refills or Rx authorizations, because of all the people that question has to go through: receptionist, nurse, insurance, receptionist, nurse, and then doctor. The online MyChart messaging helps, but it is still a lengthy red tape. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming.
Dr. Batayola is the best, both for me and for my wife. He is always open to listening to our questions and provides complete explanations for the medical results (e.g., imaging, blood tests) and path forward.
