This was my first time seeing Dr. Betanoya and he was very friendly, insightful, and conscientious.
Dr. Batayola is outstanding! I had an appointment with him for a certain problem. When I saw him some other issues had cropped up and he was so understanding and patient as he addressed each problem. I couldn't ask for a better doctor!

One of the best things about this office is the very timely way that things run. Our family has a fairly long history with Dr. Which is helpful.
We love Dr. Batayola! He is amazing! He listens to you about concerns for you child as well as taking preventative care measures for your child. He explains things well if he has a concern for your child. He is also very good at making personal connections with his patients and the parents of his patients which is so important to me. We are so very thankful we found him when we moved back to the tri cities.
