Availability is always an issue, but Dr Batayola has been good about getting my family in much sooner when conditions warranted. Despite the challenges of seeing Dr Batayola in a timely manner (due to availability, which I know is a regional issue), we have been with him for years and will continue to be, as he is courteous and thoughtful with his care.
