I wish I could give this business no stars, I brought 8 items to this cleaners and 4 of the items were not cleaned only pressed. When I went to wear the jacket it was visibly dirty. The same two stains that were there when I dropped it off are STILL THERE. I then went back to the cleaners and was told we did clean it but the chemicals we use would have ruined the logo so we did what we could. My Ralph Lauren blouse was ruined. It was originally black and white print. When I picked it up it was GRAY AND BLACK and tagged "SPECIAL ATTENTION" - stating that the spots and stains could not be removed... I informed the owner when my blouse was taken to the cleaners there were no stains or spots on it. The owner then insisted it was a manufacturing default. Ruined my hoodie that was passed down from my father passing… talk about heartbreak. I was contemplating confronting them directly about it and the emotional part of it all, but you know how plausible deniability can go. Its inner navy blue seems are all bleached and ruined.
