Very kind, attentive, thorough, and great bedside manner. I go yearly for my annual checkup and Charles always listened to my concerns and took his time to discuss them with me. Beyond pleased with my care.

Dr. Chuck is very kind and compassionate. I was beyond pleased meeting with him and opened up to him about personal information pretty fast.

The reason i gave a 5 star is because of chuck prybylowski. I saw him today and he was my last hope after dr. Hussain leaving. If this dr. Didnt work out i was on my way to loyola. However he is great. A great listener. And that is everything. Now dont let him get away . Klike dr hussain.
