Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

My whole family has been going to Dr. Hanna's office for some time now and usually we are satisfied. However, this time around we got some charges on the bill that we did not understand and when we went to inquire about them on 12/12/11 we were treated very rudely and unprofessionally. They charged us for a picture of our daughter when they did not charge us for pictures of our other two children. When we politely asked why the front desk person rudely said "that's the rule". I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Staff is wonderful! Dr Hanna is great!
