I was in LA as a tourist and I came across Charles' workshop. I was looking for a rubber bush for the rear suspension of my RR Silver Shadow II and I tryed to ask. Charlie was very friendly and explained me exactly about the troubles of the shock-absorbers of this kind of cars. Furthermore, he had that spare part in his store and he gave it to me for free! I can only say "thanks" and I hope he will continue his activity for a long time! By the way, the workshop is a real RR/Bentley living museum, a paradise for fans.
Charlie Agapiou is the best Rolls-Royce/Benley mechanic in the West. Bar none. Charlie is a living legend and his character is depicted in the classic movie Ford versus Ferrari. I've been dealing with Charlie now for about five years, and would not go anywhere else. I was dealing with the Bentley dealership, until I found Charlie. It's so refreshing to find an honest mechanic for fine vehicles like Bentleys and Rolls-Royce's. Charlie is a living legend, and I'm proud, please, and privileged to have him as my mechanic.
