Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were this chiropractor's adjustments gentle? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left!

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? No Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
