A horrid appointment experience! To the lady that answers the phone and schedules appointments—-I’ve never been spoken to or treated in the manner you choose to speak to me. I only contacted Dr Kelly because he was listed on the emergency room paperwork. No one has expressed a certain diagnosis as “we don’t treat that” and told me good luck searching for a neurologist. No wonder most of these reviews are one star!
Dr. Charles Kelly he is very nice and very helpful. The staff is very nice and sweet and kind even to my babies and very nice and very helpful. Very clean office. I'm very happy with the services. I recommend this place .
I have debated on making a review as I'm not one to complain but my health has been getting worse. I am young and have been having issues for over 6 months but I feel I have been very dismissed and not listened to. I have decided to go else where. When telling him about how I could not lay down because of my brain swelling and my hundreds of seizures.. it is just recommended that I need a psychiatrist and nothing else .. sounds ridiculous to me, I am still having issues and am continually going down hill with my motor skills... read more
I saw Dr. Kelly after I suffered a TBI and several brain bleeds. When my husband and I saw him, he told me all the blood had been absorbed by my body so I was good. We asked about some neurological deficits I was experiencing and he said I should be myself again in 6 months. My deficits continued so I reached out by messaging on my portal asking for what I could do. His nurse messaged me back saying to look on Amazon for books and puzzles may help.
