Horrible calling system ! Called 10 times on 2 different #s. Left voice mails. Finally got a call back after 2 days. Was given a 3rd # to call. Left voice mails on that #. No response for 2 days. Had to call the colonoscopy ctr and my primary Dr to cancel my procedure. Shame on you !
Very caring doctor and the office staff is wonderful. Stephanie is exceptional. Would recommend going here for your gastro needs.
Save your time. Super unorganized and unhelpful. Got to my first appointment and was told it was cancelled but they had all the wrong information in my medical file so I was not notified. Made it to my second appointment and got a procedure scheduled, I show up to the procedure and turns out the whole facility has not taken my insurance the whole time, how did i make it 3 appointments and get medication prescribed without paying? it’s a mystery. They will screw you over and not plan on contacting you again, if you need medic... read more
