Charlene was our 3rd realtor and by far the absolute best! Guiding us through house’s with her wealth of knowledge not beating around the bush was really what we needed. She goes above and beyond throughout the whole home buying process. Throughout the dealing process she kept tight communications explaining and giving insight every step of the way making sure we can get the best deal possible. Charlene knows her stuff! Our home had its difficulties being that it was in a rural area and an older manufactured home requiring a special loan and specific inspections.
