I have been going to Dr. Charlene Britt for over 15 years. She is kind, caring, thorough and takes time to listen to my concerns as her patient. She also gives feedback regarding my healthcare/preventive care. If she needs to refer me to a specialist regarding my healthcare; she doesn't hesitate to do so.
Dr Britt has been my pcp for 20 years. She is very personable and friendly. Cares about her patients. Always ready to be of help
She spent time and listened to me. I don’t understand the bad reviews? It takes a long time to get into any doctor’s office if you can find one accepting new patients. She works part time probably because doctors are overworked. There’s a shortage because they’re all burnt out from Sentara jam packing their schedule. Front desk girl wasn’t a ball of joy but most aren’t these days. She listened to me, is knowledgeable, has a friendly nurse, and it was clean. I like her! She should have a much higher rating.
Takes her time and really listen to my concerns.
