Charlene was my first PCP when I moved to Chambersburg. She was very firm with me but it's what I needed. Charlie listened to me and took my opinions on my healthcare into account before finalizing anything. She can be crass and abrasive but it is for your own good because it means she sees potential and just wants the best for you and wants you to want it for yourself.
She has a bad attitude and walked in the room swearing.
