I’m very disappointed by my experience going to Charizma salon. Nandita was very nice and professional, while booking me, and great about getting me in quickly. But once I sat down, everything changed. I was double or triple booked, I’m not sure, and I think she was rushing because I received a really bad haircut. I spoke to Nandita prior to the cut about my concerns (messages below) and I spoke to her during my appointment. I had such a great experience at [Charizma Salon & Spa]! Nanditha stylist did an amazing job with my haircut—exactly what I wanted, and even better than I imagined. I am still trying to process how bad this place was. Coming from a person who’s traveled the entire world and had her hair done in countries that had top notch service and expertise when it comes to hair, this place is nowhere near a normal hair salon. You’d rather straighten your hair at home yourself. I went in to get a blow dry and straighten my hair with a flat iron. The pictures below show how I went home with my hair, what is this? Ridiculous. No one could just hold the flat iron properly or even use the blow dry well ... read more
