Nandita really knows how to work with curly hair and create really lovely layers (and my hair is difficult to work with!). I've been going here for more than a year because it is the best haircut I've ever had. She always makes my hair look amazing, whether I style it or let it air dry. I love the way she styles it after the haircut as well. She has an amazing team that make me feel very well cared for during the entire experience. The ambiance of the salon is wonderful and classy.

I’m very disappointed by my experience going to Charizma salon. Nandita was very nice and professional, while booking me, and great about getting me in quickly. But once I sat down, everything changed. I was double or triple booked, I’m not sure, and I think she was rushing because I received a really bad haircut. I spoke to Nandita prior to the cut about my concerns (messages below) and I spoke to her during my appointment. I had a great experience at this salon. The staff is very professional and friendly. They listened to what I wanted and cut my hair exactly the way I like it. The place is clean and comfortable and I felt very welcome. I am happy with the result and will definitely come back. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new haircut! Nandita really understood the look I was going for. The entire team was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The salon itself was spotless and inviting, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it!

I had such a great experience at [Charizma Salon & Spa]! Nanditha stylist did an amazing job with my haircut—exactly what I wanted, and even better than I imagined.
