After a hail storm we were left with a lot of damage to our roof, siding, gutters, lighting and solar tubes. Charity took care of it all. They helped us with every step including dealing with our insurance. Very professional and responsive through the entire process. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of repairs.
I’m thrilled with my new gutters! The team did a great job on the installation and the cleanup. Noah was wonderful to work with.
As the neighbor of someone getting services done by Charity Restoration. I can’t hear any construction noise unless I put my ear to the window closest to where they are working. I can’t hear any of the music they are playing while they work, unless I step outside. When I did go outside to just see what all they were doing, the workers explained to me they were considerate of where they park their vehicles to not cause any disruption. Not great is about right. Didn't do what they said they would do. Didn't do it in the time the said they would. Didn't finish the job as described. Took the insurance check and won't call us back.
