These guys are the best!! The morning after the storm, when everybody was so busy, these guys came out first thing and nailed back up the part of my fence that came down,( because I have a dog.) They gave me an amazing quote, And when they came out they were so polite and courteous! They kept me informed the whole time of what they were doing and when they were doing it. I can’t say enough good things about this company! I won’t hesitate to call them when I need anything else.
They have been nothing but amazing to work with. Quick with replying back on time, the men that came and replaced our roof did a great job cleaned up after themselves, and anything they couldn't get, they came back and picked up. Even though the insurance company is a hassle to get them paid, they haven't complained or hounded us about the invoice amount. If I need a new roof (hopefully not for a long time), I'll definitely work with charity restoration again!
Charity Restoration did everything promised in a timely manner. They returned all phone calls when we had questions. The techs that actually did the work were great workers and very courteous. Would use them again for our next project.
