Their motto claims to be the company that cares. More like, Cares Less. Eager to get the money, but not qualified to deliver professional installation or back up their workmanship. Had a car windshield replaced May 28th and still waiting on them to repair air leaks, faulty or cracked visible clips and secure loose molding. Stick with a more reputable company. We had no problems with Safelite!
Don't use this company changing your car window. They promise you alot of things and never follow thru with what they say. I was offered 12 free meals for a restaurant if I'd let them replace my windshield. I called several times just to get the run around of why they couldn't deliver on there promise. They are more reliable places around town some where you can even get money back. Trust me so not use Charity Auto Glass..
