You can literally have anything from delicate area waxing, masterfully colored hair, lazer hair removal, beautifully styled and cut hair, to manicures, pedicures, eyelash extensions or tinting and the MAKEUP! Jennifer Frenette is amazing and so is everyone that works here. It's a fun time every time you go in and I would highly recommend Charisma to anyone for literally anything!
Not only did they get me in last minute , my hair turned out FANTASTIC ! I didn’t feel like an issue, I felt like Jennifer actually listened to what I wanted and worked my hair like a champ. I will defiantly be returning.

After calling today and making an appointment, I was told the store closed at 5 but an employee would stay until 7 to get me in. I arrived at the store at 6:30 but she said she had a few more clients infront of me, so i said i’d be back. Coming back at my appointment time, all the lights were off and no one was there. This is unprofessional and simply rude. Thank you.
