BEWARE RipOff! Was quoted over the phone $110 for highlights plus $35 hair cut. Was there Friday 3/18/16,had an appointment at 6pm got took back to chair at 6:30pm asked stylist for her options on red highlights to show me some colors of red her response I can't decide for you.
