Great staff
I have been trying to get a Pap smear for 8 months. Today was the 4th appointment they’ve called me THE MORNING OF and said Dr Trench isn’t in the office and they need to reschedule!!! 8 MONTHS!!! 4 rescheduled appointments!!! You would think they’d let me be seen by the other doctors in the practice… nope… they just keep rescheduling me for months out!!! Beware! You will be charged although insurance covers 100% women wellness annual checkup and when asked why it’s a charge will be told it was more discussed with doctor. Umm what? All she did was asked me questions from a checklist off her computer. Also they will attempt to charge you to go over test results over the phone, which I declined. Plus It took over a month to get my results. I will not be back for annual next year.
Dr.Simmons was very nice and friendly.
