We requested a showing through Zillow, who connected us with Charis Realty Group. Upon arriving for the showing, we were told we had to sign a buyers agreement. It would be one thing if we were made aware of this prior, but we weren’t, so we drove out there and wasted our time. The whole thing came off as very shady. Also, they say they don’t “enforce” the agreements, but I bet that’s not the case.
