We requested a showing through Zillow, who connected us with Charis Realty Group. Upon arriving for the showing, we were told we had to sign a buyers agreement. It would be one thing if we were made aware of this prior, but we weren’t, so we drove out there and wasted our time. The whole thing came off as very shady. Also, they say they don’t “enforce” the agreements, but I bet that’s not the case.
Amazing group of people! They helped my Mom sell her home and it was such as seamless process even with the challenges with my Mom's health. They made it quick, easy, and we got more than we expected for her home. Highly recommend!
Eric and Betty were awesome and worked tirelessly to find us our perfect first home!! We were unsure of where we wanted to settle down yet Betty traveled hundreds of miles showing us dozens of homes enthusiastically. Thank you for making it an enjoyable and easy time.
