very disappointed in the call I made. I called to ask about working on my triumph. the guy responded I told you a couple weeks ago to call ( can't remember the name) and said we don't work on triumphs. well, I didn't call a couple weeks ago and this was the first time calling. I know where I won't be taking my business to and if I do ever get another bike, and it won't be a triumph, I won't be taking it there. the first phone call to them and I thought that this was the rudest call.
