Very friendly, clean and quiet community 👌
The complex is same as any other place in Murfreesboro. Your going to have good experiences and bad. Maintenance has helped us since we've been here a couple of months. Maintenance is friendly and courteous as the management are as well. The apartments are in good shape and are safe. Management has even offered to make the bathroom disability friendly as my mother and I are both disabled. I do wish there was a security presence 24/7, and they are working on that at the time. Only been here a short time, but I've been impressed by the property and the attentive staff. Usually in other apartment complexes, you can't even get a hold of the staff, or they only come in one day out of the five that they're supposed to be in the office. Here though, they always have at least one, if not two or three, people in the office, and maintenance is here every single day. Linda went above and beyond to get me into my new apartment and I'm greatly appreciative! Would recommend to anyone.
Please do your homework before moving in here I’ve only been here 40 days and it has been a nightmare from no sleep due to how old the building is are and the noise that comes through the ceiling of the 2nd floor. (sounds like it’s gonna cave in) to the roaches, to the raise of rent within the first 30 days. I made a very big mistake moving in here,I came from out of state sight unseen except for family members looking at an apt for me. I was put in another one right before application approval.
