I just wanted to say what a great experience I had with team that works for this company. I am building a house an ordered a Toilet and as it turns out was a year before my house project was ready to install. Turns out that by mistake they sent the wrong Bidet that did not match the base. I was worried since it had been over a year since I placed the order.
