Somehow missed all the reviews below. Everything is accurate and my current experience, it’s so disheartening. Didn’t complete permit process correctly, roof has leaks, lack of prompt response. Lies that they are coming then doesn’t show. Spare yourself and do not use them.
I’ve went back and forth on putting this review out here, but I have to... the county I live in hired this company to do work on my home. They did some of the worst work! I had to stay on them constantly about not coming when they said they would, and go behind them to check if the work was being done. They cut corners and do the minimal they have to. I can’t even begin to count the number of times my boyfriend took off of work or waited at the house for a no show and more lies. My roof was done a year ago and there are several leaks that we can’t get anyone to come and fix. It’s “I’ll meet you tomorrow” and then they never show up! Won’t close out the roofing permit (which would require an inspection) either, even though we’ve asked. Just awful all around and very unprofessional . Save your time and money and use another business!
The only reason I give one star is because it doesn't give you the option to give less. This company recently did work on my mother's home and it was awful. Unprofessional crew, arguing between each other the whole time while working, Shotty substandard materials used, a toddler could do better. Wallboard in shower was being cut with a pocket knife on the ground. Do not hire this company!! They need their license revoked!!!
I am very displeased with their services. I don’t know how many times we were lied to. He scammed our insurance company. I requested one color of shingles and the owner chose to put another color; the color of his choice. I will DO NOT recommend this company.
