Went there to buy a Impala , after leaving with a nice ltz turned on the radio - screen lit up but no audio !! Called them they said bring it in tomorrow, so I did 24 hours later radio works great.thank you. No audio could be an oversight and not a requirement but fixed.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. A nice used jeep liberty. Only a couple things needed some attention and I was taken care of immediately without any pushback. John and Cheryl are wonderful people and I enjoyed conducting business with them very much. It's nice to deal with people who deliver on their promises. These people absolutely did. I will not recommend anyone here! They sold me a car,ran good for a few days,engine light came on,I took it to Ken's auto and they told me what's wrong with the car. I called up charima's auto,took them more than a wk to respond to my messages, ih they never answered the calls.They had me take the car back,3 days before my 30 days was up,they said it was fixed. When picked car up the next day,I turned car on and it made a weird noise,he said its fine I just poured something in your tank. Well 3 days later ater my engine came... read more
