Difficult for drive in the car park
Tried to use both ports once and it failed. This was via the app as I didn't have a card. The car park is also pretty tight including the ramps so I'll be avoiding this one.
B2 level near entrance to go down a level. one station with 2 ports meaning 2 spaces only. BYO cable. If any problems charging you can contact support via the app and they can help reinitiate or help you through the process.
Due to poor mobile reception (Optus and Telstra) in the P2 level where the charging station is located I could not successfully charge using the app. It did start to charge but then stopped and I needed to call support to unlock my Type 2 cable from the charging unit. Support was great and they offered to re-initiate a charge. I have applied for a RFID card to avoid this issue as mobile reception is often an issue inside the the multi level car parks.
