We’ve been here just over a week and we already love it. The apartment was spotless and felt like home right away. Monica, the property manager, has been so kind and caring. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Rafael, the maintenance man, is the nicest guy and incredibly hard-working. From the moment I spoke to Monica on the phone, to meeting her in person to tour the Chardonnay Gardens apartments she was amazing. So friendly, kind and helpful. You couldn’t ask for a better property manager. They definitely need to give her a raise. She’s a gem!

I stayed here over the past summer and this place is amazing and has a great staff. Monica was super helpful throughout our entire stay and the maintenance was always friendly and on top of it. Anytime we had any mishap with our apartment ralph( I think that is his name I can’t remember very well) was their either there the same day or the very next morning and our issues were always resolved.
