It’s extremely sad to see these apartments go downhill so quick no one even cares anymore maintenance doesn’t care, obviously corporate does not care! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone! Please read all the reviews they are so true
I'd recommend Chardonnay. Sally - the manager is awesome. I've been here 2 years. Any problem I've had has been addressed immediately. Sally truly cares about her tenants. Sally knows every resident and is uber friendly. The amenities are incredible. Grounds are always kept up and maintenance is top notch. Any thing that goes wrong ( rare occasion ) is addressed immediately. Manny has things under control. I'd refer anyone to Chardonnay.
This is a great place to live. A nice community in an awesome location.
I love living here in Chardonnay the staff is amazing! The apartments are beatiful and the prices are wonderful! Lots of amenities included
